There's a recently-renovated and fully equipped kitchen including all cooking utensils, flatware and dishes, granite counter and bar tops, plus a 42" LCD TV with cable, an iPod dock with alarm clock, central heat & air, inside and outside dining areas and a laundry room stocked with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.  Amenities include a hairdryer and the Molton Brown collection of eco-friendly hair, bath and body products.

The Garden Loft, a brand new bonus room located above the reception barn and only a few steps away from the entrance to the Garden Cottage, consists of a 400-square-foot open space with a kitchenette, sink and refrigerator. Included is a professional quality clothes steamer, treadmill, massage table, and yoga mats that are available for your use.
