Our 70-acre mountain estate provides all the space you’ll want for family reunions and special group retreats. Without leaving the property you can hike, including trails to the hidden waterfall located in the Nantahala National Forest or a trail that leads up to the top of our mountain where you’ll discover a breathtaking view from our Hawkes Nest Pavilion. A variety of games and puzzles, a pool table, ping pong table, cornhole sets, card tables, giant Jenga, and two horseshoe courts can be found throughout the property. Take a moment to reminisce around the cozy fire pit next to the creek or next to our fireplace inside the open-air pavilion. And just a few miles away you’ll find whitewater rafting on the Nantahala or Ocoee Rivers, zip-lining, horseback riding, fly fishing, golf and more.

Hawkesdene is perfect for your next corporate retreat, business planning session, team building getaway or leadership workshop. We’re centrally located just a few hours from Atlanta, Charlotte, Greenville and Chattanooga.
