The Hawkesdene estate includes the Main House, Phillips House, eleven cottages and one studio that are self-contained and sit amongst a lush backdrop of mountains and trees, beautifully manicured gardens, the sparkling waters of Phillips Creek and several hiking trails that wind through the estate and along the adjacent Nantahala National Forest. Total property capacity includes 44 private bedrooms with luxury accommodations that will accommodate 88 – 122 guests.

Estate Rental includes 30 private bedrooms that will accommodate 60 – 82 guests.  In addition to Estate Rental, there are three additional properties including  Hawkesview Cottages, Blackberry Cottage, and Phillips House that are available as a separate rental for an additional charge.  Together they will accommodate 28 to 40 guests.

• Small & medium dogs are allowed in the cottages only. No dogs are permitted in the Main House.
