Phillips House is an extra-large 5-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom house offering stunning mountain views. With five king size bedrooms and two queen-size sleeper sofas, the house sleeps 10 to 14 guests.

Phillips House has a fully equipped kitchen including all cooking utensils, flatware, dishes and coffee maker with all the coffee fixings. The dining room includes two large dining tables with seating for 16 guests, a large family room with gas fireplace, queen size sleeper sofa, 55″ TV with Satellite, central heat & air, an outside dining area, and a laundry room stocked with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds, luxury linens, 40” Smart TV’s, an alarm clock and private labeled bottled water. Amenities include a hairdryer and the Molton Brown collection of eco-friendly hair, bath and body products.
